Finetech Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Sales Account Manager to maximize value from
client accounts through upselling and new business development. This role
focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding business needs and
identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. The Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic pre sales, upsell and cross-sell campaigns
- Generate solution leads and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage ongoing client projects and assess customer needs for satisfaction
- Identify expansion opportunities and align product solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Manage payment collection for cross-selling business
- Stay updated on industry trends and Finetech’s products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales & customer service with a proven track record in pre sales, upselling and cross-selling
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems
- Demonstrated learning attitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
