We are seeking an enthusiastic, articulate, and highly motivated Junior Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in equipping our sales, technical teams, and clients with the foundational knowledge and strategies needed to effectively showcase our cutting-edge solutions—with a strong focus on AI integration, Google Workspace, and Microsoft ecosystems.
Job Summary
The Junior Trainer will work closely with enterprise Transformation Lead, the Technical team and cross-functional teams to help design and deliver engaging training sessions for internal staff and clients. You will learn to translate technical concepts, specifically around Artificial Intelligence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft solutions into clear, value-driven presentations and demonstrations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for internal teams and external clients
- Help build and update training materials covering Google Workspace, Microsoft solutions, and emerging AI tools
- Support mock presentations and practice sessions to help team members polish their technical demonstration skills
- Continuously learn and absorb updates on GWS, Microsoft technologies and AI methodologies to keep training content relevant
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and learning requirements.
- Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously improve curriculum quality and delivery
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a training, pre-sales support, customer success, or technical presentation role
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft enterprise tools
- AI exposure is a plus
