We are looking for an analytical and detail oriented Business Analyst / Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven execution. In this role, the employee will collaborate with cross functional technical teams, enterprise clients and leadership to gather requirements, analyze complex datasets, build actionable BI dashboards and translate business processes into scalable cloud and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solution Design :Elicit and document requirements, Process mapping and bridging business & tech teams
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Data extraction & modeling, Dashboard preparation & reporting and Insight generation
- Stakeholder Management & Project Support: Facilitate workshops & presentations and UAT
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology or related field
- Strong Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, advanced spreadsheet modeling & data manipulation with Python/R
- Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud ecosystems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong problem solving aptitude
